Founders Associate – Growth & Sales

About the role

Entipedia is looking for a Founders Associate focused on growth and sales to act as the right‑hand of the founders. You will drive the transition from beta users to paying customers, building the commercial engine of a knowledge‑base startup for SMEs in Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach, deliver product demos, follow up and close early‑adopter deals.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline through prospecting, nurture sequences and community seeding.
• Define, track and analyze funnel metrics such as activation, retention and conversion.
• Gather market feedback to identify high‑potential sectors and willingness to pay.
• Design and run onboarding sessions and materials to accelerate user activation.
• Coordinate freelance content creation to align with commercial objectives.
• Support partnership initiatives and other growth‑related projects.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development or growth, preferably with closed B2B/SaaS deals.
• Comfortable with cold outreach, demos and objection handling.
• Bias to action, highly organized and able to close loops on leads.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Spanish and functional English.
• Experience leading a collaborator and coordinating deliverables.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Use of AI‑powered outreach tools.
