Admissions Officer

About the role

The International School of Sosúa is seeking a bilingual Admissions Officer to be the first point of contact for prospective families. In this role you will guide families from their initial inquiry through school visits, the admissions process and final enrollment, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email and in‑person, providing accurate information about the school.
• Organise and conduct school tours and information sessions for prospective families.
• Manage the complete admissions workflow, including application review, documentation collection and enrollment paperwork.
• Maintain and update digital admissions records and databases.
• Collaborate with faculty and administrative staff to coordinate admissions timelines and events.

Required profile

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable interacting with families and using digital systems.
• Previous experience in admissions, enrollment or customer‑service environments is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software and digital record‑keeping tools.
