Facilitador de Desarrollo Integral

About the role

The Integral Development Facilitator will lead the implementation of our programmatic proposal within an assigned geographic area. Working under the Area Development Programme plan and organizational policies, the role focuses on creating sustainable impact for children, adolescents and youth.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the programmatic proposal in the designated sector, ensuring alignment with area development plans and organizational procedures.
• Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with local partners, NGOs, and volunteers.
• Generate sustainable impact on the wellbeing and protection of children, adolescents and youth in the area of influence.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver program activities effectively.

Required profile

• University or technical degree in Social Sciences, Pedagogy or related fields.
• Knowledge of project management principles.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience working with partners and volunteers.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with standard computer tools (Office, Outlook).
• Experience with facilitation methodologies and techniques.
• Valid motorcycle driver’s license.
