Senior DevOps Engineer (AI/LLM Trainer) – Remote – Latin America

About the role

Kake is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to help shape AI training data for agents and large language models. You will work at the intersection of software engineering and artificial intelligence, creating prompts, writing reference‑quality code, and evaluating model outputs to improve AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate AI training data for AI agents and LLMs.
• Write prompts and produce high‑quality code solutions for AI evaluation.
• Assess AI model outputs and provide structured human feedback.
• Evaluate AI agent performance on terminal‑based tasks such as compiling code, running tests, and managing environments.
• Write functional and integration tests to ensure the quality of AI‑generated software.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience in backend, DevOps, or systems roles.
• Strong proficiency in at least one core programming language (Python preferred; Rust, Go, TypeScript also acceptable).
• Hands‑on experience with Linux, Docker, Git internals, and command‑line workflows.
• Experience writing functional and integration tests as a practitioner.
