Salesforce Specialist – Onboarding & Integrations

About the role

The specialist will design, develop, maintain, and evolve the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud platform, focusing on client onboarding for both natural and legal persons. The role ensures operational stability, diagnoses production incidents, and leads functional enhancements aligned with regulatory and business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) solutions for onboarding processes.
• Maintain and troubleshoot the platform in production and UAT environments.
• Develop and manage REST/SOAP integrations with core banking or financial systems.
• Analyze Debug Logs and Flow Debug data to resolve technical issues.
• Update Marketing Cloud, Services, and Client modules as needed.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing and supporting Salesforce in production.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
• Experience in the Dominican financial or banking sector is desirable.

Required skills

• Salesforce Flow (Screen Flows, Auto‑launched Flows, fault paths, record variables).
• Apex development (triggers, service classes, HTTP callouts, exception handling, governor limits).
• REST and SOAP integration with banking core systems.
• Debug Log analysis (CALLOUT_REQUEST/RESPONSE, VALIDATION, FLOW_ELEMENT_ERROR, SOQL_EXECUTE).
• Named Credentials, External Services, External Credential Types.
• Custom Metadata Types and metadata query optimization.
• Duplicate Rules and Duplicate Management for Lead and Account objects.
• Sandbox management (UAT, partial copy, production).
