Architect (Revit) – Project Coordination & Construction Drawings

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Architect with strong Revit expertise to lead the production of construction documentation and coordinate multidisciplinary projects. The role involves creating detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and ensuring all deliverables meet building, zoning, and Department of Buildings (DoB) standards.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed construction drawings, including sections, elevations, and wall typologies for DoB approval.
• Coordinate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop high‑quality 3D renderings using Lumion (or alternative software).
• Create comprehensive schedules for doors, windows, plumbing, and lighting fixtures.
• Model and maintain accurate Revit models that comply with architectural and construction standards.
• Tag and annotate drawings to clearly communicate design intent and construction requirements.
• Manage project documentation and deliverables with precision, meeting deadlines and code compliance.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (upper‑intermediate to proficient).
• Strong architectural/engineering background with proven experience in Revit, AutoCAD, and Lumion.
• Ability to draft, layout, and perform calculations for construction details.
• Professional attitude, solid written and verbal communication, and teamwork orientation.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
