Strategic Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Strategic Business Analyst to drive digital transformation for construction owners. You will work closely with C‑suite executives and cross‑functional teams to translate complex challenges into actionable, technology‑focused initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with client Program Managers and teams (Finance, Procurement, IT, Capital Planning) to identify stakeholders and gather requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to surface pain points and align on strategic goals.
• Document stakeholder needs and convert them into clear, actionable business requirements.
• Support build‑vs‑buy analyses by evaluating functional needs, vendor solutions, and internal capabilities.
• Produce Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) outlining current and future state workflows and system expectations.
• Create integration requirements for multiple systems.

Required profile

• 2+ years of Project Management experience with Trimble (formerly e‑Builder).
• 5+ years of business analysis experience supporting enterprise or global clients, focusing on process design and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Proven ability to collaborate with executive stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable insights.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder engagement, and business process analysis skills.

Required skills

• Trimble/e‑Builder platform expertise.
• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• Experience with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
