Remote Construction Assistant Project Manager (LATAM)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Assistant Project Manager to support a US‑based construction company. The position is fully remote for professionals living in LATAM or the Caribbean and requires strong English communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Review and manage submittals and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors via calls and emails.
• Assist in general project management tasks as needed.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines.
• Maintain organized documentation and project records in Procore.

Required profile

• Prior experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or similar construction role.
• Solid background in the construction industry.
• Familiarity with construction documents, submittals, shop drawings, and industry processes.
• Proficiency with Procore (required) and Microsoft Excel (preferred).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent English communication skills.
