AI Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of AI‑driven digital products. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that AI features deliver real business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end business analysis across the full SDLC, translating needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Run requirements elicitation through interviews, workshops, and process walkthroughs, documenting BRDs, FRDs, and process diagrams.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog by business value, risk, and dependencies; prepare stories for development and support UAT.
• Analyze current processes, design future‑state improvements, and assess change impact on people, data, and integrations.
• Adapt delivery approaches to the organization’s Agile or hybrid maturity and contribute to roadmap and release planning.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT leadership, aligning objectives, technical solutions, and timelines.
• Use LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to accelerate requirements drafting, user‑story creation, and stakeholder synthesis, defining success metrics for AI‑powered features.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or product ownership, preferably in IT, SaaS, or digital transformation.
• Strong background in Agile/Scrum, backlog management, and cross‑functional leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience defining metrics and turning user research into prioritized requirements.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and hands‑on experience integrating AI features into products.
