About the role

The company is looking for a proactive Detail Channel Sales Representative to visit and serve retail clients within an assigned territory. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring excellent point‑of‑sale execution, and expanding the customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled client visits according to the route book, guaranteeing service quality and sales objectives.
• Follow the complete client‑visit protocol (pre‑visit, during, and post‑visit) on a permanent route.
• Implement actions that meet the set of performance indicators for the territory, ensuring volume targets and execution excellence.
• Identify and onboard new retail openings, requesting code creation to add them to the portfolio.
• Request itinerary adjustments from supervisors as needed to maintain effective coverage.

Required profile

• Minimum education: High school diploma; preferably studying or holding a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar sales role within the fast‑moving consumer goods sector.
• Valid category 1 driver’s license and up‑to‑date vehicle documentation.
• Willingness to travel throughout Santo Domingo Este on a regular route.

Required skills

• Knowledge of mass‑consumption sales and traditional retail channels.
• Strong negotiation, oral and written communication abilities.
• Numerical aptitude for handling sales data and targets.
