Vendedor de Campo – Ventas Industriales y Ferretería

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to expand our industrial, hardware, electrical and construction product portfolio across Santo Domingo and the interior regions of the Dominican Republic. The role involves direct client outreach, prospecting, and building long‑term B2B relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and visit potential customers door‑to‑door, presenting product solutions and generating new business.
• Develop and maintain existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
• Negotiate terms, close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Travel regularly throughout the country, adhering to the assigned schedule.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Bachiller) or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of proven field sales experience in industrial, hardware, electrical, construction or related sectors.
• Valid category 3 driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Resides in Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional.
• Responsible, punctual, organized and results‑oriented.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary plus commissions ranging from RD$10,000 to RD$20,000.
• Guaranteed commission of RD$15,000 during the first three months.
