About the role
We are looking for a UX Writer / Content Designer to craft clear, user‑friendly copy that enhances digital experiences across the entire customer journey. You will collaborate closely with UX/UI, Product, and Legal teams to ensure content is intuitive, engaging, and compliant.
Key responsibilities
- Write UX copy for onboarding, account management, billing, authentication, and self‑service flows.
- Create content for sales, promotions, upgrades, and various customer journey touchpoints.
- Develop microcopy for forms, buttons, error messages, and notifications.
- Contribute to design systems and maintain content standards.
- Use research, usability testing, and accessibility guidelines to continuously improve the user experience.
Required profile
- English proficiency at B2+ level or higher.
- At least 1 year of experience in UX Writing or Content Design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX writing and content design work.
- Experience working with UX/UI and Product teams in Agile environments.
- Excellent writing, communication, and organizational abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Figma.
- Experience conducting usability testing.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
