Web Implementation Specialist

About the role

This role is responsible for delivering high‑quality, brand‑accurate websites and logos for Thryv’s clients. It combines detailed account management with strong client‑facing communication to ensure consistent digital branding throughout every stage of the website and logo build process.

Key responsibilities

• Review client intake documentation, research the client’s business, industry and competitors, and gather complete information before website and logo development.
• Partner with Sales and Client Success teams in phone and video consultations to collect detailed requirements and make real‑time modifications that reflect the client’s brand.
• Generate website content using client‑provided information, applying copywriting best practices and SEO principles, and collaborate with design teams to deliver a cohesive final product.
• Audit website and logo builds at each stage for accuracy, completeness and brand‑guideline adherence, performing acceptance reviews and verifying issue resolution.
• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, maintaining organized daily tasks, fulfillment queues and phone queues while flagging at‑risk timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of related experience in web implementation, copywriting, SEO or digital branding.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional, service‑oriented presence.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks and meet competing deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Foundational knowledge of internet components, web hosting, domain names and brand‑guideline compliance.
