Training Support Analyst

About the role

The Training Support Analyst provides technical and administrative assistance to the Training & Standards department, ensuring training programs for flight crew, cabin crew, dispatchers and ground staff are delivered efficiently and meet regulatory standards. The role works closely with instructors, examiners and operational leaders to keep training records accurate and support continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, standardize and maintain instructional materials in line with organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and distribute circulars and updates related to training programs and procedures.
• Collect, manage and analyse training data to support decision‑making and compliance monitoring.
• Track and follow up on quality‑assurance initiatives within the Training & Standards scope.
• Design, plan and update training schedules aligned with operational needs.
• Support the execution and supervision of training programs, including evidence‑based training and adult‑learning methodologies.
• Manage and control training records, forms and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with instructors, examiners and operational leadership to enhance training effectiveness.
• Assist in continuous‑improvement projects for training methods and processes.

Required profile

• Experience in training‑related tasks, preferably in an aviation environment.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities with the capacity to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Advanced English proficiency and basic knowledge of civil aviation regulations.
• Familiarity with evidence‑based training concepts and adult‑learning methods is a plus.
• Team‑player attitude with a proactive approach to supporting daily training operations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
