Trainee Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev, a technology consultancy with more than 15 years of experience and a remote-first team of 4,000+ people, is hiring a Trainee Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer. This entry-level position introduces e-commerce solutions and the Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform through site design, catalog management and commerce APIs, under the mentorship of experienced developers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing simple storefronts and customizations on Salesforce Commerce Cloud under the guidance of experienced developers.
• Learn the platform's proprietary languages such as ISML and JavaScript scripting.
• Gain familiarity with the administration interface, including site configuration and catalog management.
• Participate in code reviews to understand best practices in SFCC development.
• Help identify and fix bugs in SFCC applications and learn basic debugging techniques.
• Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and how SFCC is applied in development tasks.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Advanced level of English.
• Effective communication and active listening skills.
• Proactive, willing to learn, good critical thinker and problem-solver who can connect complex ideas.
