Trade Marketing Specialist – Retail Shopper Solutions

About the role

The Trade Marketing Specialist will drive brand visibility and shopper engagement across retail channels in the Dominican Republic. Working closely with Consumer Marketing, Customer Development Teams and Procurement, you will design and execute point‑of‑purchase (POP) solutions that guide the shopper journey and boost category demand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, development and flawless in‑store execution of POP materials and shopper visibility solutions.
• Partner with internal teams to design, brief, quote and produce high‑impact, brand‑aligned artwork and physical displays.
• Manage third‑party field agencies and merchandising teams, setting execution guidelines, schedules and quality standards.
• Oversee POP logistics, including inventory accuracy, delivery tracking, set‑up, maintenance and invoice authorisation.
• Audit retail coverage through field visits, evaluate 5P execution, analyse market opportunities and deliver actionable reports to commercial leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in trade marketing, sales or POS execution, preferably in the CPG industry.
• Intermediate‑Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to conduct field visits.
