About the role

The position is responsible for designing, adapting and supervising energy and water access service models for Acciona’s Dominican Foundation. The role ensures technical viability, operation and maintenance of implemented solutions in rural communities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify service delivery models by region, country and technology.
• Define technical and operational protocols to guarantee service delivery.
• Develop commercial management protocols to ensure economic sustainability.
• Provide technical support for projects and post‑installation maintenance, including dashboard design.
• Support training for customers and field‑operations technicians.
• Lead planning, technical design, execution and delivery of new hydraulic infrastructure and community water supply projects.
• Prepare financial models, detailed budgets and economic projections for projects.
• Design project methodologies, Gantt schedules and ensure compliance with timelines, budgets and engineering standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in planning, technical design and execution of hydraulic or water supply projects.
• Ability to develop financial models and detailed project budgets.
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards and regulatory compliance.
• Capacity to manage project schedules, budgets and multidisciplinary teams.
