About the role

The Hygiene Technician ensures that all hygiene and sanitation standards set by the organization are met. This role involves verifying sanitary conditions, monitoring cleaning processes, and guaranteeing the correct use of cleaning and disinfection products within an industrial production environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform adjustments and preventive maintenance to keep production performance optimal.
• Identify and report process failures or defects for prompt correction.
• Supervise and ensure compliance with production parameters and quality standards.
• Verify quality throughout the production process and ensure proper use of cleaning products.
• Maintain up‑to‑date production and maintenance records.
• Report incidents, unsafe conditions, or process deviations.
• Provide material consumption, production time, and line event reports.
• Propose process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Prepare periodic inspection reports, including findings, non‑compliances, and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Technical training in Hygiene, Mechanics, Electricity, Electromechanics, Industrial Processes or related fields.
• Experience operating and maintaining industrial equipment on a plant floor.
• Experience in cleaning, disinfection, quality or hygiene processes.
• Knowledge of good hygiene practices and safe handling of chemical products.
• Availability for rotating shifts.
