About the role

The Electroencephalography Technician will perform EEG studies in a modern medical center, ensuring patient comfort and safety while capturing high-quality brain-wave recordings.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the examination room and set up EEG equipment according to established protocols.
• Apply electrodes correctly, verify signal quality, and record cerebral electrical activity.
• Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records.
• Collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary team in interpreting EEG results.
• Ensure proper functioning and regular maintenance of EEG devices.
• Adhere to quality, biosafety, and infection-control standards.

Required profile

• Practical training and experience in EEG recording techniques.
• Basic knowledge of epilepsy and other neurological conditions related to EEG.
• Understanding of medical and neurophysiology concepts applied in a clinical setting.
• Empathetic patient care, clear communication, and respect for diversity.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team, attention to detail, and responsibility in handling medical equipment.
• Technical education in health-related fields and prior hospital experience are valued.
