Technical Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end technology projects for global clients. This fully remote position combines deep technical understanding with strong project‑management practices to ensure successful delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor technical projects, guaranteeing on‑time delivery within scope and budget.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams of developers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and timelines while maintaining transparent communication.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and enforce best‑practice delivery processes.
• Track progress and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Bridge technical and business perspectives to achieve project goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical project management or a related role.
• Strong grasp of software development processes and technical concepts.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing demands.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Advanced level of English.
