Tech Lead / Systems Architect (Python / C# / Java)

About the role

We are seeking a versatile and highly capable Tech Lead / Systems Architect to join our team immediately. In this role, you will initially focus on internal systems, gaining a deep understanding of our Managed Service Provider (MSP) operations and core infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Design robust system architectures for upcoming client projects, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Analyze and understand existing codebases and legacy infrastructure quickly, identifying bottlenecks, security risks, or optimization opportunities.
• Embed with our internal MSP team to understand current infrastructure, act as technical consultant for clients, and provide technical leadership and mentorship as projects scale.
