Talent Efficiency Analyst (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev, a technology project company with more than 15 years of experience and a remote team of 4,000+ people, is hiring a Talent Efficiency Analyst. The role ensures quality and consistency across Talent Acquisition processes by auditing candidate calls, screening interviews and written communications, turning detailed analysis of large volumes of operational activity into structured feedback that improves hiring standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end quality audits of Talent Acquisition processes, including calls, screenings, emails and workflows, against defined standards, scorecards and KPIs.
• Identify performance gaps, recurring issues and risk patterns, documenting findings accurately.
• Propose adjustments to audit frameworks, processes and evaluation criteria.
• Share clear, structured feedback with stakeholders across the organization.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Auditing or Quality Control roles.
• Experience auditing operational processes.
• Proven track record of evaluating performance against defined standards, scorecards or KPIs.
• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
