Supervisor, Quality

About the role

The role is a functional leader within the quality organization at Integer, overseeing a team of quality engineers and technicians to ensure compliance with quality, environmental and regulatory requirements for manufacturing sites.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities of the quality team and provide direction to meet performance goals.
• Manage performance, development and growth of direct reports within the Quality Management System.
• Ensure compliance with QMS, EMS, FDA regulations and company policies.
• Identify gaps in processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Serve as first‑level support for day‑to‑day quality issues and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading quality professionals in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as FDA and environmental standards.
• Ability to coach, develop and hold team members accountable.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative workplace.
