About the role
The Dental Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the dental department, ensuring high‑quality patient care, compliance with clinical and administrative protocols, and optimal team performance.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all activities within the dental area.
- Guarantee adherence to clinical and administrative procedures.
- Monitor and improve patient care standards.
- Ensure compliance with bio‑security and safety protocols.
- Lead the dental team, fostering effective communication and conflict resolution.
Required profile
- University degree in Dentistry.
- Valid dental license (Exequatur) and registration with the Dental College.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Leadership, communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
Required skills
- Knowledge of bio‑security protocols.
- Proficiency in patient care procedures.
