Over de functie
Als Supervisor Legal y Cobro geef je leiding aan het incasso‑ en debiteurenbeheer binnen de organisatie. Je waarborgt de naleving van wettelijke procedures en draagt bij aan een verlaging van de wanbetalers.
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden
- Leiden en superviseren van incasso‑ en debiteurenbeheerprocessen.
- Zorgdragen voor naleving van wettelijke incassoprocedures.
- Analyseren van incassoperformance en rapporteren van KPI’s.
- Begeleiden en coachen van het incassoteam.
- Implementeren van verbetermaatregelen om wanbetalers te reduceren.
Gewenst profiel
- Afgeronde bachelor in rechten of een verwante studie.
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in incasso, debiteurenbeheer en teamleiding.
- Uitstekende onderhandelings‑ en communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Analytisch vermogen en resultaatgerichtheid.
Vereiste vaardigheden
- Kennis van juridische incassoprocedures.
- Ervaring met het beheren van prestatie‑indicatoren.
- Uitgebreide kennis van MS Office.
