About the role

We are looking for a Subgerente Mi Negocio to manage and grow a portfolio of small‑business clients, providing tailored financial solutions that support their projects and business growth. The role combines client relationship management, loan analysis, and business development within a banking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and develop the “Mi Negocio” client portfolio, ensuring high‑quality service aligned with bank objectives.
• Analyze loan applications, advise clients on financing options, and accompany them through the approval process.
• Prospect new business opportunities and acquire new clients through strategic outreach.
• Coordinate visits to existing and potential clients to strengthen relationships.
• Prepare and maintain reports, account plans, and portfolio performance metrics.

Required profile

• Residence in Santiago, Santo Domingo, Moca or San Francisco de Macorís (Dominican Republic).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in the financial sector managing commercial portfolios.
