About the role

The Subgerente de Uso y Retención (SDP) supports the implementation of strategies aimed at increasing billing, strengthening customer loyalty, and promoting the use of the company's electronic products, services, and channels. The role coordinates campaigns, promotions, and activities aligned with strategic objectives and ensures that customer service protocols are applied across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of initiatives to boost billing, customer loyalty, and electronic channel usage.
• Conduct benchmarking and request analytical market research to propose acquisition and retention initiatives.
• Implement campaigns, promotions, and activities for various products and customer segments.
• Request business intelligence and prepare customer data for targeted campaigns.
• Create promotion bases and ensure campaigns reach the appropriate customer segments.
• Develop and monitor protocols, processes, and customer service flows across all channels.
• Analyze reports from call centers, suppliers, and management to validate the effectiveness of processes and request improvements when needed.
• Train staff on new initiatives, promotions, flows, products, and processes to guarantee efficient and standardized customer service.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing or related fields.
• Relevant experience in campaign management, customer retention, or usage promotion.
