About the role

The Subgerente (Deputy Manager) will ensure timely and reliable operational reconciliations while complying with regulatory standards. This role involves supervising daily accounting closures, managing incidents, mitigating operational risks, and strengthening internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and supervise accounting reconciliations for the area according to operational volume and structure.
• Monitor, analyze, and follow up on operational incidents and identified differences.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Strengthen control frameworks and drive continuous improvements in reconciliation processes.
• Support internal and external audit requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in operational reconciliation, accounting, financial conciliations, or related operational areas.
• Proven experience analyzing differences, managing incidents, and following action plans.
• Preferable experience leading teams and working in regulated environments such as banking or other financial sectors.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.
