Store Deputy Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Store Deputy Manager to lead the daily operations of our retail location. The role ensures smooth opening and closing procedures, optimal resource use, and a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all daily store activities, guaranteeing compliance with established opening and closing protocols.
• Implement and monitor operational, inventory and customer‑service processes to maintain business continuity.
• Coordinate and support the team to achieve sales targets, productivity goals and quality standards.
• Ensure efficient use of resources, and maintain store cleanliness, orderliness and visual presentation.
• Promote an excellent customer experience by fostering a high‑level service environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
• Previous experience in store operations, inventory management and staff supervision.
• Strong leadership, effective communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Result‑oriented, organized and capable of managing priorities.
• Availability to work rotating schedules, including weekends.
