Stock Keeper

About the role

The Stock Keeper will support Vestas Service by ensuring the efficient operation of material, spare parts and tool inventories for wind turbine projects. The role is essential for maintaining turbine performance and customer satisfaction throughout the asset lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Generate analysis reports and spare‑parts exit logs.
• Maintain inventories of blade materials, spare parts, tools, and safety equipment, including calibration checks.
• Produce photographic warehouse reports and perform monthly/annual stock counts.
• Create purchase requests for consumables and manual tool repositioning, and track PR, PO, STO and GRETA processes together with the Scheduler.
• Receive, count, and goods‑receive (GR) standard and urgent materials, and record material consumption on turbines.
• Create DEF material records for the repair loop and manage all warehouse entries and follow‑ups.
• Update turbine structure records when material is removed using serial numbers.
• Prepare and post goods issue (GI) for surplus items.

Required profile

• Advanced or intermediate Excel skills.
• Ability to read technical manuals in English.
• Bilingual Spanish is desirable.
• Proven experience in warehouse control, preferably in manufacturing or Oil & Gas environments.
