About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support professional to provide specialized assistance for our organization’s technology infrastructure, computer equipment, applications and services. The role focuses on handling escalated incidents and performing preventive and corrective activities to ensure continuous, optimal operation of IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve second‑level technical incidents escalated from the service desk, restoring operational continuity promptly.
• Diagnose and analyse hardware, software, network, peripheral and platform failures to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, peripherals and other technological infrastructure to guarantee availability and extend asset lifespan.

Required profile

• Experience providing specialized technical support to IT infrastructure and end‑user equipment.
• Ability to ensure service availability, continuity and optimal performance of technology services.
