Social Media Specialist

About the role

The Social Media Specialist will support the planning, execution, and analysis of Lisinski Law Firm’s social media strategy. Reporting to the Social Media Manager, the role focuses on scheduling and publishing engaging organic content while contributing to monthly content planning and performance reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and maintain social media calendars, schedule and publish posts on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and ad‑hoc TikTok.
• Contribute to content brainstorming, identify new opportunities, and align social plans with marketing goals.
• Analyze channel and content performance, provide reports, and recommend data‑driven optimizations for timing, formats and captions.
• Use task‑management systems to ensure timely approvals and delivery of scheduled content.
• Stay informed on the latest platform trends, algorithm changes, competitor activity and share insights with the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field.
• 3‑6 years of experience managing social media content publishing for a business.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and best practices.
• Ability to produce quick copy edits and basic photo/video fixes.
• Effective communication and collaboration with creative and brand teams.

Required skills

• Experience with social media management tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later or Buffer.
• Foundational knowledge of social media analytics tools and key performance indicators.
• Basic photo and video editing capabilities.
