Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Social Media Manager to lead our digital content and social media advertising efforts. The role is based in Santo Domingo and requires immediate availability. You will collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and drive audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and manage digital content for social media platforms.
• Develop and optimise advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Write compelling copy for posts and ad creatives.
• Design visual assets using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends and platform updates.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising or a related field.
• Resident of Santo Domingo and able to work onsite.
• Immediate availability.
• Proven experience in managing digital campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
• Strong copywriting ability.
