Social Media Filmmaker

About the role

We are seeking a creative Social Media Filmmaker to join Advensus. In this position you will plan, shoot, edit and produce video content that showcases our brand, culture and people across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Facebook.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concepts and produce high‑quality video aligned with the brand strategy.
• Create short‑form and long‑form videos optimized for each social platform.
• Handle all production steps: scripting, story‑boarding, lighting, audio capture and post‑production editing.
• Produce employer‑branding pieces that highlight company culture and employee experiences.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to stay up‑to‑date with platform best practices and trends.
• Maintain an organized digital asset library and track performance metrics to improve future content.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Communications, Marketing, Multimedia or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience creating video content for social media or brand communications.
• Strong visual storytelling ability and knowledge of current social‑media trends.
• Experience in corporate, BPO or service‑oriented environments is a plus.
