Social Media Content Filmmaker

About the role

Advensus is looking for a creative Social Media Content Filmmaker to produce engaging video stories that highlight the brand, culture, and people. You will work closely with the Marketing team to deliver visual content that supports employer branding, recruitment, and broader marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concepts and video ideas that align with Advensus’ brand strategy and communication goals.
• Capture high‑quality footage at company events, employee activities, office spaces, and community initiatives.
• Produce short‑form and long‑form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and emerging channels.
• Plan, script, shoot, direct, and edit professional‑grade video content, handling lighting, audio, and post‑production.
• Adapt videos for platform‑specific formats (Reels, Shorts, Stories, posts) and add graphics, motion elements, captions, music and visual effects.
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure content supports recruitment, brand awareness and internal communications.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse audience behaviour and maintain an organized digital content library.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Communications, Marketing, Multimedia, Journalism or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience creating video content for social media, marketing or brand communications.
• Strong visual storytelling ability and awareness of current social‑media trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite – After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
