About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to work at our main office. The role involves handling client inquiries, processing account openings, and supporting a range of banking products through multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front‑line service for savings accounts, term deposits, debit cards and other financial instruments.
• Respond to client queries, process account openings and resolve issues across phone, email and in‑person channels.
• Deliver clear, timely information about products and services.
• Track cases to ensure effective resolution and maintain up‑to‑date records in internal systems.
• Contribute to client satisfaction and loyalty.

Required profile

• Student of Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• At least one year of experience in a similar customer‑service role.
• Immediate availability.
• Female candidates aged 20‑30 years.
• Strong communication, teamwork and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
