Senior UX/UI Designer – MLS Experience

About the role

We are looking for a senior UX/UI designer to shape the user experience of ViridianVistas’ MLS platform, enabling users to discover Caribbean properties with ease. The role focuses on creating intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that support the company’s growth in the real‑estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research, usability testing and gather feedback to guide design decisions.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive design system and visual identity for the MLS platform.
• Create wireframes, interactive mockups and high‑fidelity prototypes using industry‑standard tools.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers and other stakeholders to deliver polished, functional interfaces.
• Ensure consistency and accessibility across all digital touchpoints.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience, preferably in digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end design processes and successful product launches.
• Familiarity with real‑estate or MLS platforms is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop and Illustrator.
