Senior Sales Manager – Energy Storage (Dominican Republic)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead business development for energy storage solutions across the Commercial & Industrial and residential markets in the Dominican Republic. You will drive growth, manage client relationships and oversee project delivery from prospecting to contract signing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate leads through networking, events, trade shows and online platforms.
• Develop and execute a business development plan to acquire new C&I and residential energy storage projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare persuasive proposals, bids and tender responses, including pricing and financial analysis.
• Lead contract negotiations and collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements.
• Coordinate with engineering, project management and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Expand professional network by attending industry conferences and participating in associations.
• Monitor market trends, policy changes and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree in engineering, project management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of business development or project management experience in energy storage or renewable energy.
• Proven track record of acquiring and managing C&I and residential projects.
• Strong negotiation and client relationship skills.

• Knowledge of energy storage technologies and market dynamics.
• Experience with proposal development, financial modeling and contract negotiation.
