Senior Project Manager – Remote

About the role

INDI is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead multicultural software outsourcing projects from a remote setting. You will coordinate distributed teams, ensure delivery quality, and act as a bridge between clients and internal resources.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project forecasts and maintain accurate timelines.
• Manage projects using Agile methodologies, tracking progress and adapting plans.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to apply consistent HR policies.
• Validate project viability, prepare budgets, and allocate equipment and resources.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Ensure team compliance with established processes and methodologies.
• Implement process improvements and necessary changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance and report status to stakeholders.
• Maintain high levels of customer and team satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience managing software outsourcing projects (time‑and‑material, personnel, budget).
• Strong customer‑orientation and communication skills.
• Background in IT and previous experience as a Software Engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
