About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist, Marketing to drive its customer experience strategy across the region. The role focuses on executing marketing initiatives, creating compelling content, and ensuring programs stay on budget while delivering measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional and local asset execution, supporting monetisation through advisors and marketing services teams.
• Plan and execute marketing strategies, events, advertising, promotions, sponsorships, trade shows, webinars, and website initiatives.
• Develop creative and thought‑leadership content aligned with marketing objectives.
• Track and manage marketing budgets, flagging variances promptly.
• Analyse campaign performance using defined metrics and evaluation tools.
• Prepare and deliver marketing solution presentations.
• Coordinate with external vendors such as agencies and production partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders in the financial sector.
• Comfort conducting data analyses and selecting appropriate analytical tools.
• Ability to standardise data and extract preliminary insights.
• Strong presentation development skills with a clear storytelling approach.
