Senior Industrialization Engineer - Electronics

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Industrialization Engineer – Electronics to lead the manufacturing and industrialization of new electronic products from concept through production release. The role will work closely with design, quality, supply chain and external EMS partners to ensure robust, cost‑effective and scalable processes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive electronics and PCBA industrialization for NPI and PLS projects, from development to production launch.
• Provide DFM and DFT input to improve manufacturability, testability, cost and quality.
• Implement Industry 4.0 practices and define process controls, work instructions and operator training.
• Specify, procure and qualify tooling, test equipment, fixtures and capital assets.
• Coordinate prototype and pilot builds, including EMS collaboration and pilot line readiness.
• Validate products against functional, regulatory and performance requirements and lead yield improvement activities.
• Collect and analyse early‑stage data using DFSS, Six Sigma and Lean methods.
• Support product cost tracking, capital expense forecasting and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum three years of experience in electronics manufacturing or plant operations.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and solve technical and schedule challenges.

Required skills

• PCBA assembly and electronics manufacturing processes.
• Experience with production tooling, assembly and test fixtures (ICT/FCT).
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0, DFSS, Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
• Familiarity with Microsoft O 365, Power Apps and Power BI.
• Understanding of electronic components, schematics, BOMs and electro‑mechanical assemblies.
