Senior Full Stack Engineer – Creator Success

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our Creator Success team. In this role you will combine deep product knowledge with user‑experience expertise to shape tools that empower creators worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop an in‑depth understanding of the assigned product area, its technology and features.
• Conduct research to provide human and business impact insights for product decisions.
• Produce deliverables such as competitive analyses, user flows, low‑fidelity wireframes, high‑fidelity mockups, prototypes and other artefacts that solve real user problems.
• Communicate findings and design outcomes clearly to design teams, cross‑functional partners and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Portfolio demonstrating polished end‑to‑end customer journeys.
• 5+ years of experience in interactive or visual design.
• Strong interpersonal skills and awareness of mobile, communications and collaboration trends.
• Proven ability to scope, estimate and prioritize work independently.
• Track record of influencing shipped products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent professional experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and Sketch.
