Senior Content Editor – Video & Podcast

About the role

Lisinski Law Firm is seeking a Senior Content Editor to create engaging video and podcast content that supports its humanitarian immigration mission. The role blends technical video‑editing expertise with creative storytelling to produce high‑quality brand assets.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and produce marketing campaigns, brand stories, social media clips, and internal communications.
• Collaborate with the Video Manager and creative team to interpret briefs, develop narratives, and ensure visual cohesion.
• Perform advanced editing tasks such as color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and visual effects.
• Manage media assets and workflow from raw footage to final delivery, adhering to brand standards and platform specifications.
• Integrate AI‑driven tools to enhance efficiency and production quality.
• Mentor junior editors and freelancers, ensuring alignment with technical and brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Video Production, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–6 years of professional video‑editing or post‑production experience.
• Proven track record producing high‑quality content for marketing or digital platforms.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, collaborative environments.
