Senior Full Stack Developer (ReactJS + .NET C# WebAPI) - Remote

About the role

BairesDev, a technology consulting firm with more than 15 years of experience and a team of 4,000+ remote professionals, is looking for a highly experienced Full-Stack Tech Lead Developer. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of professional experience, with hands-on coding in ReactJS and .NET C# WebAPI, and shows strong technical leadership, ownership and clear communication across all levels of the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of software solutions using ReactJS and .NET C# WebAPI
• Architect, design and maintain applications with .NET MVC, ReactJS and other relevant technologies
• Integrate with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure SQL, Azure AD, WebApp, ApiApp, Storage, EventHub, Stream Analytics and Application Insights
• Design and implement REST APIs with proper architecture and scalability
• Lead smaller project teams and mentor junior developers
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• 10+ years of software development experience with ReactJS and .NET C# WebAPI
• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers
• Advanced level of English

Required skills

• .NET languages (C#) and frameworks, for scalable web, mobile and desktop applications
• Microsoft Azure services and Service Bus
• REST API design, architecture and integration
• ADO DevOps control systems
• Front-end: jQuery, jQuery UI and Kendo UI
• Node.js and SignalR
