Senior FP&A Manager – Regional Finance

About the role

In this role you will lead regional budgeting and forecasting, develop monthly management and Board‑level reporting, and partner with country leaders across the Americas and Asia. You will help them understand performance, challenge assumptions, and turn financial results into clear actions while shaping a new finance function.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Produce monthly management reports and Board‑level financial packages.
• Partner with senior leaders in multiple countries to drive performance insights.
• Improve and standardise FP&A processes and reporting across the region.

Required profile

• 7–10+ years of progressive FP&A experience in a multinational environment.
• Experience supporting a publicly traded company and working with US GAAP.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting and executive presentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate with senior business leaders.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
