Senior Contact Center Engineer (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is looking for a Senior Engineer to design, build, and maintain advanced contact‑center telephony solutions. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering high‑performance voice services across a global infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and maintain enterprise‑grade telephony infrastructure.
• Design and implement complex call routing logic and IVR systems.
• Manage and optimize CCaaS platforms (e.g., Genesys, NICE, Five9) ensuring high availability.
• Configure and secure Session Border Controllers (SBC) for network bridging and security.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define communication standards and improve scalability.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot telephony network issues.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Telephony Engineering or Infrastructure.
• Proven expertise with SIP, VoIP, and WebRTC technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with CCaaS platforms such as Genesys, NICE, or Five9.
• Strong understanding of Session Border Controllers and network bridging.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
