About the role

The Network Operation Center (NOC) Engineer provides comprehensive support to corporate customers, handling first‑level incident diagnosis and ensuring timely resolution. The role focuses on maintaining service quality, meeting SLA commitments, and delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support for corporate network incidents, delivering prompt online solutions.
• Manage fault tickets, ensuring complete documentation and appropriate escalation.
• Escalate unresolved incidents to specialized support while maintaining operational continuity.
• Adhere to quality standards, document cases, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in information‑gathering activities to enhance departmental processes and projects.

Required profile

• University degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Telematics, Electronics or Software.
• Knowledge of networking and telecommunications (CCNA or HCIA level).
• Experience diagnosing and resolving technical incidents, including wireless networks.
• Familiarity with fixed‑line products, transport and security networks, and basic cloud computing concepts.
• Ability to work with virtualized environments and document technical cases.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 and strong communication and teamwork skills.
