Senior Bridge and Structures Engineer (Civil Engineer only)

About the role

The Senior Bridge and Structures Engineer will lead the planning, execution and supervision of large‑scale bridge and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, cost and schedule targets. The role coordinates multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors and client stakeholders while reporting to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate execution of works according to plans, specifications and schedules.
• Lead resident engineers, supervisors, foremen, subcontractors and site personnel.
• Control physical and financial progress, implementing corrective actions when needed.
• Manage resources (materials, equipment, tools and labor) to guarantee operational continuity.
• Review and approve quantity take‑offs, estimates, valuations and progress reports.
• Coordinate with clients, supervisors, suppliers and other project parties.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety and environmental standards.
• Identify and resolve technical, operational and contractual issues during construction.
• Prepare executive reports and periodic performance updates.

Required profile

• Civil Engineering degree.
• Minimum 8 years of construction experience, preferably on large infrastructure and civil works.
• Proven experience in road, highway and bridge projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing projects.
• Strong knowledge of planning, cost control, budgeting, quantity take‑offs and contract administration.
• Leadership, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
