Civil Engineer – High-End Residential & Commercial Projects

About the role

The Civil Engineer will work full‑time on‑site in Santo Domingo, overseeing the design, planning and execution of high‑end residential and commercial construction projects. You will ensure that every phase meets the company’s standards of excellence, safety and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review civil engineering designs, drawings and structural plans.
• Coordinate with architects, project managers and multidisciplinary teams to align project goals.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations and storm‑water management requirements.
• Manage site inspections, monitor construction progress and resolve technical issues.
• Assist in project scheduling, budgeting and quality‑control processes.
• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders to keep projects on time and within scope.

Required profile

• Strong background in civil engineering design and infrastructure planning.
• Experience on building projects, including coordination with architecture and construction teams.
• Proficiency in project planning, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (professional licensure preferred).
• Experience in high‑end residential or commercial real‑estate developments is an advantage.
