Senior AWS Cloud Security Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior AWS Cloud Security Engineer to lead the design, implementation and operation of secure cloud‑native infrastructure. The role is fully remote and will work closely with development and operations teams to embed security throughout the AWS lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive security architectures for enterprise workloads on AWS.
• Define and enforce IAM policies and least‑privilege access controls across all cloud resources.
• Integrate automated security checks into Infrastructure‑as‑Code pipelines.
• Build and maintain monitoring, threat detection and automated compliance verification frameworks.
• Lead incident‑response processes and coordinate remediation of cloud‑infrastructure vulnerabilities.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in cloud security, preferably within AWS environments.
• Strong hands‑on experience with IAM and least‑privilege access models.
• Proficiency in automating security for IaC pipelines.
• Solid understanding of security monitoring, compliance automation and incident‑response patterns.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
